1. Eligibility

Single Account Per Person
Each individual may register only one account on e1111. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same household, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Any bonuses or winnings accrued across duplicate accounts may be voided. If you suspect that duplicate accounts have been created in your name without your consent, you must notify e1111 support immediately.

Registration Information
When registering an account on e1111, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your Bangladeshi mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must notify e1111 of any changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension without refund of any balance. e1111 reserves the right to verify registration information at any time using available means, including SMS verification and documentary identity checks.
Clause 2.2
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your e1111 login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified e1111 of any unauthorised access. e1111 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must change your password immediately and contact e1111 support.

KYC Verification
e1111 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. KYC verification is required before processing a player's first withdrawal and may be requested at any time thereafter. Verification documents may include a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by e1111 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

Deposit Methods & Minimums

The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits are processed in BDT and credited to your e1111 account balance in real time following successful payment confirmation. e1111 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges. You are solely responsible for any fees charged by your mobile financial service provider.
Clause 3.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The average processing time is 15 to 30 minutes from the point of request submission to the credit of funds to your designated mobile wallet or bank account. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. e1111 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where account activity has triggered an internal review. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Currency & Exchange
All transactions on e1111 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Account balances are displayed and maintained in BDT. e1111 does not offer multi-currency accounts or currency exchange services. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that their payment method supports BDT transactions. Any currency conversion costs incurred through a third-party payment provider are the player's sole responsibility and will not be reimbursed by e1111.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
e1111 offers a welcome bonus and various ongoing promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms set out at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by e1111, including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, and free spins, are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms. As a general guide, e1111's standard wagering requirement is a minimum rollover of the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility. Players must meet the wagering requirement within the validity period of the bonus; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Free Spins
Free spins awarded as part of a welcome bonus or promotional offer are valid only on the designated slot title(s) specified at the time of the offer. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the same wagering requirements as the main bonus unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Unused free spins expire at the end of the bonus validity period and cannot be extended or transferred.

7. Account Suspension & Termination
Clause 7. 1
Grounds for Suspension
e1111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: (a) Breach of any provision of these Terms. (b) Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information. (c) Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe. (d) Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. (e) Multiple account operation. (f) Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers. (g) Use of prohibited software or tools. Upon suspension, e1111 will notify the player via their registered contact details and outline the reason for suspension where it is lawful and appropriate to do so.
Clause 7.2
Balance on Termination
Upon termination of an account for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements. Where an account is terminated due to fraud, multi-accounting, or breach of these Terms, e1111 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Bonus balances are non-refundable in all circumstances upon account closure.
8. Limitation of Liability

e1111 is not responsible for any losses arising from: (a) network outages, internet connectivity failures, or disruptions to your mobile carrier service; (b) errors or delays in third-party payment processing by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other payment provider; (c) force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances beyond e1111's reasonable control; (d) your own decision to place a bet or play a casino game, including any losses resulting from those decisions. You acknowledge that betting and casino gaming carry an inherent risk of financial loss and that e1111 is not responsible for any such losses.
9. Amendments to These Terms
